The primary goal was to make a biophilic design incorporating glass, and the everchanging vistas of mother nature.

The glass structure's large presence was a deliberate choice, styled as a wind break, for a immersive costal experience while being out of the elements.

I incorporated, saunas, cold dip, fire pit, outdoor cooking, and gathering spots. To relax, renew, and bringing humans together for wellness and to nurture each other, while embracing multi generational community.

This design has a multi generational home so that grandparents, children, grand children & other danglers can use the spaces.

I endeavored to make clean sight lines to the Ocean.
